1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 2j bat platform in any capacity — whether through the website, mobile browser or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on 2j bat. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these terms.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 2j bat immediately.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 2j bat are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and card payments. You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will not be accepted and may result in account suspension.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed in real time. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution. 2j bat does not apply hidden fees on deposits, though your payment provider may have their own charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit and may be adjusted for VIP members. You are responsible for checking applicable limits before initiating a transaction.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit or to a verified method registered in your name.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a short window and are among the fastest available on the platform. Bank transfer and card withdrawals may take longer. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing as part of their programme benefits.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, 2j bat may require you to complete identity verification. This includes confirming your name, date of birth and the payment method you are using. Providing accurate information during registration makes this process faster.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

2j bat offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has specific terms attached to it, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games and time limits. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means the total amount you must bet using bonus funds before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a PKR 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 5,000 in bets using those bonus funds.

2j bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and may not be claimed using methods that exploit or abuse the promotional system. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have the bonus removed and the account reviewed.

Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined unless the promotional terms state that combination is permitted.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on 2j bat Sports are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market selected. These rules are available within the sports section of the platform and cover areas such as event cancellation, match abandonment, void bets and settlement disputes.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. If an event is cancelled or suspended before the relevant result has been determined, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

For Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and other matches — settlement is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension during stoppages and may be settled differently from pre-match markets.

8 Casino and Games

All Casino games on 2j bat — including live dealer tables, Slots and instant-win games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) where applicable. Live dealer games use physical cards and wheels operated by real dealers with real-time video streaming.

The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are inherent to the game design. 2j bat does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined by the game engine or by the physical outcome of the live table, and no prior result influences future outcomes.

9 Bingo Rules

2j bat Bingo rooms operate with a defined number of cards per game, set ticket prices in PKR and pre-announced prize structures. All of these details are displayed in the Bingo lobby before you purchase tickets for any room or game.

Bingo draws are conducted using a certified random ball-draw system. The auto-daub feature marks called numbers on your cards automatically. Wins are credited to your account balance immediately upon pattern completion and verification by the system.

Ticket purchases for a Bingo game are final once the game has started. Refunds on Bingo tickets are not available after the draw has commenced. In the event of a technical fault that prevents a game from completing, all ticket costs for that game will be refunded to players' accounts.

• Bingo ticket purchases are non-refundable once the draw has started.
• The maximum number of tickets per player per game may be limited depending on the room.
• Free Bingo room tickets are subject to the specific terms of that room and any associated wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn.

10 VIP Programme

The 2j bat VIP programme rewards regular players with tier-based benefits. Points are earned on real-money activity across all sections of the platform — Sports Betting, Casino, Game Lobby and Bingo. Points accumulate in your account and determine your VIP tier level.

VIP benefits include but are not limited to: faster withdrawal processing, increased withdrawal limits, access to exclusive Bingo rooms, dedicated account support and special promotional offers. The specific benefits attached to each tier are published in the VIP section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

2j bat reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the VIP programme or any individual player's VIP status at any time. VIP points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for PKR directly. Points are non-transferable and cannot be moved between accounts.

Players who are found to have violated these Terms and Conditions may be removed from the VIP programme without notice and without compensation for any points or tier status lost.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Suspension and Closure

2j bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• Fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation is suspected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no outstanding violations, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via a verified withdrawal method after any applicable pending wager settlements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 2j bat support. Requests for account closure are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any active bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course and the outcome credited or debited accordingly before the final balance is returned.

14 Limitation of Liability

2j bat provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2j bat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
